Caramel Apple Cider

This cozy apple cider is sweet, spicy, savory, and perfect to sip by a bonfire on a chilly fall night. Enjoy it on its own or throw some brandy in it for an extra little kick!



1 cup coconut cream 

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1 1/2 cup apple cider

5 tsp Sweeter Ujjo

Ground cinnamon and ground ginger (optional)



  1. Heat your coconut cream and coconut sugar until all the sugar dissolves (if your stove is anything like mine, this will only take a couple of minutes).
  2. Add apple cider and Sweeter Ujjo and bring everything to a simmer.
  3. Pour into two mugs and top with ground cinnamon and ginger.
