PUMPKIN PIE CHAI

THIS CHAI HAS THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF SWEETNESS + HEAT THANKS TO A COMFY BLEND OF ADAGIO TEAS.

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 TSP ADAGIO CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE TEA

1 TSP ADAGIO HONEY BUSH PUMPKIN CHAI TEA

1/2 CUP WATER

1/2 CUP FROTHED OAT MILK

2-3 TBSP PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUP (SEE BELOW)

 

PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUP INGREDIENTS:

1/4 CUP WATER

1/4 CUP PUMPKIN PUREE

1/4 CUP MAPLE SYRUP

1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

1/4 CUP UJJO LIGHT ROAST BLEND

 

STEPS:

 

1. PUT WATER ON TO BOIL. ONCE BOILING, COMBINE TEAS IN AN INFUSER OR FILTER BAG AND STEEP FOR 8-10 MINUTES WHILE YOU MAKE THE PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUP.

 

2. IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE INGREDIENTS FOR THE PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUP AND MIX THOROUGHLY.

 

3. POUR 2-3 TBSP OF THE PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUP INTO THE TEA CONCENTRATE AND STIR TO MIX.

 

4. STEAM YOUR OAT MILK.

 

5. POUR OAT MILK OVER YOUR TEA AND ENJOY!
